Funds will be used to set up programs to make more resources available to local low-income families, especially resources to empower people to move from their current financial situation. When needs cannot be totally met by existing community resources, we mobilize the resources of local churches to meet needs of low-income families in Kalamazoo County - needs may be for cribs, furniture, utility assistance, gas vouchers, food, diapers, etc.
